Wonderfruit 2026: plan your stay, entry and journey home

Wonderfruit 2026 takes place on 3–7 December at The Fields at Siam Country Club in Chonburi, Thailand. Build your trip in this order: choose when your pass lets you enter, decide where you will sleep, then settle how you will leave. A camping reservation, an overnight programme and an advertised shuttle are different parts of the plan.

This guide uses the organiser’s information checked on 11 October 2026. All times are local Thailand time, UTC+7. Shuttle and parking details were still marked as forthcoming on the ticket page at that check, so keep those parts of your itinerary provisional.

Start with the pass, not the hotel dates

The official ticket page distinguishes several admission windows. Match one to the time you can realistically reach the festival, allowing for delays rather than planning to arrive at the last possible moment.

  • 5-Day Full Pass: covers 3–7 December. Thursday festival entry starts at 16:00 under the published gate schedule.
  • Weekend Pass: festival entry begins at 08:00 on Saturday 5 December. A Friday hotel or camping booking does not bring that admission forward.
  • Sunday Pass: entry begins at 08:00 on Sunday 6 December, with access through Monday morning sunrise. Plan an overnight visit if that is what you want; the name alone should not determine your departure time.
  • Intro Pass: an application-based option for first-time attendees aged 20 or older, subject to organiser approval and identification checks. It permits one entry, Thursday to Sunday, and lasts 24 hours from first use. Leaving ends your ability to return on that pass.

The Intro Pass is therefore a poor match for a plan that depends on returning to an off-site room and coming back later. Before combining it with camping, ask how movement between your accommodation and the event is treated, and how the 24-hour limit interacts with the final festival morning. Do not calculate a late Monday departure entitlement from a Sunday arrival.

Youth, Teen and Family options have their own eligibility requirements. Check the exact category for everyone travelling and keep the necessary identification ready. One person’s pass does not establish the rest of the group’s admission.

Separate the gate clock from the programme

The organiser’s FAQ gives these festival entry hours, subject to change:

  • Thursday 3 December: 16:00 to midnight
  • Friday 4 December: 08:00 to midnight
  • Saturday 5 December: 08:00 to midnight
  • Sunday 6 December: 08:00 to midnight

There is no entry between midnight and 08:00. Re-entry generally requires a valid wristband and an open gate; the Intro Pass explicitly allows none. Do not plan to leave on Sunday night and return on Monday morning. The published gate list provides no Monday admission window.

These are entry hours, not a statement that entertainment finishes at midnight. Equally, programming after midnight does not make a late arrival possible. Write your intended arrival and final exit separately, with the calendar date beside each. “Sunday night” is too vague for arranging a vehicle that might actually collect you on Monday.

Wonderfruit trip planner: match your pass to the first permitted entry, confirm separate accommodation access and check-in, and arrange a dated final pickup. Festival entry is closed from midnight to 08:00. Intro Pass has no re-entry. Shuttle and parking details remained pending on 11 October 2026.

Choose a stay you can actually use

Festival admission and accommodation are sold separately. Confirm both before treating your stay as arranged.

General Camping: bring a complete sleeping setup

General Camping requires your own tent and camping equipment; no rental tents are offered. The designated camping village requires its own wristband, with spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. Facilities include shared showers and toilets, charging points and drinking-water refill stations. The page lists opening at 16:00 on Thursday 3 December and checkout at noon on Monday 7 December.

Choose this if carrying, pitching and packing your gear fits your trip. Include a rain cover, a way to secure the tent, shade planning and earplugs in your preparation. The organiser warns that nearby music can continue into the early hours. A camping booking is not a promise of quiet sleep.

Check how your specific festival pass works with camping arrival and departure before committing. The village’s overall operating dates do not expand a Weekend or Intro Pass. Plan how you will move your luggage from the authorised drop-off point, and leave packing time before checkout. Gas or electric stoves and burners are prohibited; do not build your food budget around cooking at the pitch.

Boutique Camping: confirm the room and the access separately

Boutique Camping offers prepared accommodation, with features and occupancy depending on the unit. Festival tickets are separate. Its stated check-in begins at noon on Thursday 3 December, with 24-hour check-in and checkout at noon on Monday 7 December. Those reception arrangements do not extend the festival gate hours.

The organiser specifically says a Weekend Pass holder cannot enter the festival before Saturday at 08:00, even with Boutique Camping access. Early accommodation check-in and early festival admission are different permissions. Confirm the route to reception and what facilities you may use before your event pass starts.

Compare the exact bed configuration, guest allowance, cooling, bathrooms and optional extras rather than treating every unit as equivalent. The published FAQ says accommodation reservations cannot be changed after booking. Ask about the applicable cancellation and refund terms before paying; “cannot be changed” does not explain every cancellation scenario.

If considering Slow Wonder instead, verify its current check-in information directly. The FAQ still contained 2025 dates in that answer at our check, so this guide does not use them to set a 2026 arrival time.

An off-site hotel: choose the return journey too

A hotel may suit you if a separate room matters more than staying close to the programme. Compare it using the whole journey: hotel to pickup point, vehicle to festival, final collection and return to your room. A short-looking distance is not a confirmed transfer.

The organiser’s hotel-partner page is a starting point for comparing properties. Distinguish the organiser’s shuttle system from a hotel’s own transfer offer. Some properties advertise their own transport arrangements; that does not establish an all-night return service or transport included with every room. Ask the property which service your actual booking includes.

If returning after midnight, confirm the hotel’s late-arrival procedure. If staying through Monday sunrise, decide whether you need a room afterwards for rest, a shower and luggage. A Sunday-night booking may have a Monday checkout that leaves little recovery time; request the arrangement you need rather than assuming late checkout.

Keep the unannounced transport details visibly open

At the 11 October check, the ticket page labelled both shuttles and parking as coming soon. This guide therefore gives no shuttle timetable, last departure, fare or parking entitlement. Check again before making a non-refundable transport-dependent booking.

When a service is announced or offered by a hotel or driver, settle these questions:

  1. Where exactly do we meet? Save the authorised pickup and drop-off points, including how to reach them from your room or campsite.
  2. Which date and time apply in each direction? Specify Monday 7 December if the collection is after Sunday night.
  3. Is a seat confirmed? Establish whether a pass reserves a particular departure, whether advance booking is needed and what happens if you miss it.
  4. What is the full cost? Include both directions, any waiting charge and luggage needs. Keep hotel transport terms separate from festival admission.
  5. What is the fallback? Agree how you will contact the provider and what you will do if the planned collection cannot operate.

Save the answers offline and share them with your companions. Do not depend on finding an unbooked vehicle immediately after your last set. For a flight or long-distance connection, work backwards from its required arrival time and allow separately for rest, packing, collection and road delays. Avoid an itinerary that works only if every step is immediate.

Check payment terms and packing before committing

Ticket prices and stock can change. The ticket page advertised the next Full and Weekend Pass sale for 3–9 November 2026, with capacity limits; that is not a guarantee of availability. Use the current official offer and final payable total, rather than an old screenshot or an at-door price as proof a ticket will remain.

The organiser’s ticket terms state that purchases are non-refundable and prohibit exchange, resale and transfer. Read them before purchasing. Check accommodation and transport cancellation conditions separately, especially if one booking relies on another being secured.

Camera guidance needs clarification: the general FAQ requires advance permission, while the camping information describes DSLR cameras as allowed and approval for extra lenses or tripods. Ask the organiser about your exact equipment and intended use before bringing it. Do not treat the more permissive wording as a guaranteed right of entry.

Your final planning note

Before travel, make one short note with six items: pass type; first permitted entry; accommodation confirmation and check-in; intended final exit with date; confirmed return transport; and the next morning’s plan. Mark unanswered items clearly. Your trip is ready when these parts fit together, not merely when the room and ticket appear in separate emails.
